The Pinney’s Estate Development Agency, a division of the Nevis Housing and Land Corporation, was established in November 2004. The Agency’s primary purpose is to manage the development, marketing and sale of lands located on the western slopes of the island overlooking the Caribbean Sea at Pinney’s, Belmont and Clarke and Upper Jessups Estates. This development project is comprised of 930 acres of pristine land, with options for both beach front views and majestic views of Nevis Peak.

A comprehensive development plan of the area features the following:

Residential – Nugents Heights
91 Lots sized from 13,600 square feet to 21,780 square feet at EC$6.50 per square foot.

Residential – Nugents Village
55 Lots sized from 10,500 square feet up to 16,485 square feet at EC$4.50 per square foot.

Pinney’s Commercial Site Phase 2
45 Lots from 15,000 sq. ft. up to 34,923 sq. ft. at EC$8.00 per sq. ft.

Hotel Development
Approximately 600 Acres of Pinney’s Estate have been earmarked for Hotel, Golf Course and Villa development. This includes 45 Acres of Beach Front property.

Villa Development
Approximately 250Acres of Belmont and Clarke and Upper Jessups Estates have been identified for Residential and Villa Development.

Amenities
The development will include Open Green Spaces in keeping with the island’s thrust in environmental consciousness.
