Pinney's Estate Agency to launch Residential and Commercial Development Project
Pinney’s Estate Development Agency will officially launch the Residential and Commercial Development Project along the Charlestown Bypass Road during the month of October 2005. We will commence the processing of applications to purchase lots in the Nugents Heights Residential Area on November 01, 2005.
Our aim is to commence processing applications to purchase lots in the Nugents Village Residential Area during December 2005 and the Pinney’s Commercial Development Area during January 2006. The relative application forms are available at the Agency and can be downloaded from this website as well.
Upon approval of an application, the prospective purchaser will have a ninety (90) day period within which to complete the transaction to purchase land. A ten (10) per cent deposit of the purchse price must be made by no later than thirty (30) days after execution of a sales and purchase agreement document which will provided by the Agency. The balance of the purchase price will be payable by no later than ninety (90) days after the execution of the sales and purchase agreement.
Prospective applicants are invited to visit the Agency Office at No. 12 Temple Building, Main Street, Charlestown to peruse the development survey plan which is on display. |
